  1. Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
Our services include: conducting the arrangements conference; planning the funeral; consulting with family and clergy; preparing and filing of necessary notices; obtaining necessary authorizations and permits; and coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties.
In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs.
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.
(This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) 
II.Preparation and Care of Decedent
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however if you select certain funeral arrangements such as funeral services which include a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as Direct Cremation or Immediate Burial.

IV.Direct Cremation           
  1. Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home
This charge includes basic services of staff, removal of remains, embalming, necessary authorizations, local transportation to airport and a combo air tray unit. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body or airfare. 

  1. Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home
This charge includes basic services of staff, removal of remains, transportation of remains to cemetery and necessary authorization. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to disposition.        

III. Immediate Burial
Our charge for an immediate burial (without ceremony) includes: basic services and staff, removal of remains and transportation to cemetery (Local)
a.) Immediate Burial: with casket provided by purchaser
b.) Immediate Burial:  with “State” design casket from our inventory
IV.Direct Cremation           
The charge for a direct cremation includes removal of remains, local transportation to crematory, cremation of alternative container, necessary authorizations and basic services of the staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, prior to the cremation.
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an Alternative Container. Alternative Containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The Alternative Containers we provide are: Fiberboard Alt. Container, Minimum Cremation Tray.
